Expedite Trucking…The Special Forces of the Trucking Industry!

Chuck The Fleet Guru here again to give you some more food for your thoughts (and hell no, than’t not me or my gut in the photo above). That’s right! Chuck Nuggets-Tasty and Good for you. Pull up a plate, grab some napkins, and let’s dig in.
For those that don’t know much about expedite trucking, the best way to express what it does and the purpose it serves is by explaining that it’s quite frankly the Special Forces of the Trucking Industry. What Seal Team 6 is to the Navy, is what Expedite Trucking is to the Trucking industry! That’s right, I said it!!! Now, what do I mean by it? Well, the trucking industry is an indispensable sector within our society. It’s plowing away day in, day out, same old routine of hard, long, laborious driving to make sure products and services get to where they should reach in order to continue the economic engine of our society. However, what about those times when that system breaks down and an emergency situation arises? What about when there’s a specific need that needs filling in an urgent timing situation? Who’s going to handle this? In the comic books, this is when people need to call upon Super Man or some other animated action hero. However, in the real world, this is when the need for Special Forces are brought into a situation. Special forces are given a mission, an ideal outcome, and a time that it all needs to be completed.  Well, that’s exactly what Expedite Trucking is. Expedite trucking has to jump into action every single day to squelch fires, bring peace and calm to customers that needed a hero to save the day.

Traditional Trucking can be a daily handful!
Traditional Trucking can be a daily handful!

This is why Expedite Trucking operators are paid a much higher rate than traditional truckers. It’s not uncommon for our drivers to see $3 and sometime $4 per mile. Although, traditional truckers are always moving, always working, rarely get a chance to breathe, let alone smell the flowers, they do end up making a handsome living if they give it everything they’re required to give on a daily basis. While on the on the other hand, Expedite Truckers may find themselves sitting half a day tishbulling waiting to be called into yet another Bin Laden situation where they need to save the world. It’s likened to the lives of detectives in the police force, versus the officers on the regular beat. Officers on the regular beat, are always actively working on something. It never stops. Maybe writing someone a ticket for speeding. Going to a call about a burglary, family dispute, neighbor dispute, jay walker, commercial noise complaint, etc…you name it. They work their hind parts off all day long. Versus their counter parts, the detectives.

Before this guy started expediting, he used to drive 6000 miles per week alone for less money than we make driving 3500 miles together!!!

The detectives wear plain clothes, sometime board as hell hitting up their local food truck to have a quick bite, as they look at their phones laughing at the latest memes, joking with their partners, etc… until BAMM!!! They got action! Somebody somewhere is in need of their particular skills as a specially trained and highly skilled officer. They spring into action, they collect the information, they solve the problem, and save the day!!! While their colleague, the beat officer worked 32 different calls in 12 hours. Yes, the detective may not be as busy as the beat officer, but he’s a specialized officer, he’s earned his specialty to only be called when needed, and paid handsomely for doing so.

That, my friends, is Expedite Trucking. It’s not for everybody, especially the not the inexperienced trucker that would rather drive 6500 miles per week and earn $2500, rather than someone that drives 3500 miles per week and make $2200. If an Expedite Trucker wants to earn more, and actually drive 6000 miles per week, well, they can do that; they simply accept more loads. But, when you’re a superhero, you sometime choose to act like a super hero, and super heroes don’t work their fingers to the bone to make money, they make money while choosing to keep the meat flesh of their fingers wrapped firmly around the bone, and preferably they would like to do so without getting any dirt underneath their fingernails as well. Again, it’s not for everybody, but it is for the team that knows they are and should be considered Special Forces heroes.

Here at Stone Expedite, we’re not looking for drivers, we’re looking for specialized truck driving experts. We’re looking for people that want to make money, but also consider themselves the cream of the crop, and the type of driver that’s called to duty when duty calls! We’re not looking everybody, and we’re not just looking for anybody, but we just may be looking for you!!!

Until next time truckers, let’s stay money earnin’ by keepin’ those wheels turnin’…and last but not least Eat Deez Nuggets!!!
